Are there transaction fees on top of Stripe?+
On Free, yes — 1% added on top of Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ for cards. On every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro), our markup is 0%. You pay Stripe directly. ACH is the same model: small platform fee on Free, dropping to 0.25% capped at $7.50 on Pro.
Can I send recurring invoices for a maintenance contract?+
Yes — Starter and up support recurring invoices on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual schedules.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds happen from the invoice page in two clicks. Stripe handles the money movement; we mark the invoice as refunded (full or partial) and adjust your AR.
